1. Available Payment Methods


With this method, you can pay Online, through the Sabadell-Atlántico Bank security system. offers its customers a trustworthy payment method thanks to the use of Secure Sockets Layer encryption technology (SSL-protocol). This protocol makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any customer data. For security reasons we reserve ourselves the possibility to deny some of the transactions, in this case we will be offering you an alternative payment method.



Register with your ID and password on Paypal and proceed. We'll validate your identity and will charge you through your paypal account. All the payment process will be carried out on the secure pages of this intermediate entity.

Your order will be on hold until we get the bank invoice confirmation. The period for delivery starts from that date. You will have a copy of this number when you receive your email order.

When filling out your bank transfer form please indicate the order number and your First Name and Surname as follows:

Order Number - First Name and Surname. For example: #236544 – John Smith. This way you'll help us to assure a fast treatment of your order.

In case you choose the Cash On Delivery payment method, there will be a 3% extra charge (minimum 2 €). This extra charge is claimed by the shipping company due to the fact they have to manage money (only available for Spain Mainland, Balearic Islands and Portugal).


2. Shipping costs

For all purchases of at least 60 € Cucu Barcelona offers you a free shipment to Spain and Portugal while for lower purchase amounts the transport cost is 4,50 €. (Only valid for shipments to Spain Mainland and Portugal) Apart from shipping costs, customs duty in Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla has to be payed by the customer.

Orders destination to France will have a special regime. Orders up to 120 € will have a free shipping cost. For lower purchase amounts the cost is 6,95 €.

For the UE countries, and the rest of the world, the shipment costs vary in function of the destination country and the products chosen. The bigger the amount of your purchase the cheaper the shipment cost.

Be aware that for all shipments to countries outside of the EU, our local VAT is deduced, but conversely every country applies custom duties to be paid by you on delivery. These custom fees are variable and can sometimes exceed the value of the bought product. Please refer to your local customs agency and inform you about the possible costs.You can always check the shipment costs associated to your purchase in the website basket or in the product specification data, where we will always show you the amount resulting of your purchase. You'll be able to see that the shipment costs will vary depending on the content of your basket.

3. Procedure of returned goods

We want you to associate Cucu Barcelona with Quality and Service, this way you will keep buying in our e-shop, because you feel secure, confident and comfortable while purchasing on our site.

Remember you've got 14 days since you've received the product(s) in order to start the return procedure. You can send your product perfectly wrapped (the original wrapping must be protected) to (c/ Joaquin Costa 88, 08206 Sabadell / Barcelona) or get in touch with us if you prefer us to handle the return procedure with our parcel delivery company.

In any case, the product must be returned in perfect conditions, without ever having been used and in its original wrapping with all possible labels still attached to the product. This means that you can try on the product to see if you like it and if it fits you, but not start using it and then discard it. It is important for the customer to contact us before initiating any return process. We will explain the steps to follow and report, if required, to the Courier company to pick up the product to replace or return.

What if we make a mistake in your shipment and send you wrong items.

We'll come to pick-up the wrong product and will send the correct one a.s.a.p., assuming the costs originated by the return procedure and the new shipment. Get in touch with us to initiate the process.

What if you do not like the product or it does not fit you.

In Spain (Mainland) and Portugal, for all purchases of at least 80 €, we take in charge the transport costs needed to pick up the product you've bought in a size which does not fit you and send you again the right one. Should your purchase not reach 70, we will charge you 9 € for this service.

Orders to Europe have a special status. The eventual change of size is free if the order is above 120 €. When ordering lower amount the customer must pay the shipping costs of picking up and subsequent delivery.

In EU countries, charges of transport will be assumed by the customer as well as in the rest of the countries, where on addition, the customer must assume the duties originated in the destination and arrival Warehouse.


4. Order confirmation

Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email with a detailed summary of the order. You can contact our Customer Service if some problem interrupts the process. The customer may cancel or modify your order if the order has not left our dispatch warehouse.


5. Purchase Conditions

Our webpage prices

All our prices include the Spanish V.A.T. rate of 21% (Value-Added Tax). This V.A.T. rate will be due for all purchases

shipped to EU member states (with some exceptions for off-shore territories e.g. Canary Islands, Ceuta or the Channel Islands). V.A.T. does not apply to orders that have to be shipped to countries outside of the E.U. or to the aforementioned territories. These areas will be priced and billed with VAT deducted. Please bear in mind that local tas and customs duty are applied. For full details please consult your local Customs Office.

All prices shown on can be changed, if necessary, at any moment and without prior notice.

Delivery time

Most of our shipments are dispatched in between 24h to 48h hours after confirmation of your payment. Exceptionally, we might run out of stock on some articles or some sizes/colours, this can lead to a delay of up to 4-5 working days in delivery. In this case or should there be any incident out of our control affecting the delivery time, we'll make sure to

keep you informed about it. For all international shipments we will provide you the tracking number of the corresponding Parcel Delivery Partner, enabling you to follow your order at any time.

You can always see the scheduled delivery delay by consulting the details of your cart.

In case you buy more than one item and we're not able to send it in one shipment, we'll charge shipping costs only once, and assume costs of further shipments.

Warranty on all goods

All the products sold on bear the warranties of the brands that produce them, this means that you don't have to worry about any possible failure or defect due to the manufacturer. Of course, no warranty claims will be accepted related to damages brought by an inappropriate use of the material. Neither can you can claim warranty for the normal wear-out of a product.
